“A co-working concept designed for contemporary medical practice”

The project transforms the ground floor of a 1970s building into a contemporary medical practice based on a co-working model. Developed in response to evolving professional conditions, it enables doctors from different disciplines to share infrastructure, optimise resources, and benefit from a flexible and economically efficient system.
The concept accommodates a range of working patterns—from part-time practitioners to full-time physicians—through adaptable spatial arrangements that ensure long-term flexibility. At the same time, it encourages professional exchange and improves patient experience by bringing multiple specialisms together in one location.
While the programme required a series of treatment and consultation rooms, the design avoids the typical fragmented layout of conventional practices. Instead, spatial shifts and visual connections create a continuous, open environment that enhances the perceived scale of the space.
Daylight is distributed generously throughout the interior, complemented by a refined material and colour concept that establishes a calm and welcoming atmosphere—one that meets the highest functional demands while providing a comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
